Job Description

ghest quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are delivered to children ages 2-12 (average age 5.5) in a 1:1 center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Clinical Director overseeing all clinical services and center operations
• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and direct care staff
• Ensure treatment plans align with best practice standards and individualized client needs
• Oversee implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct tours with prospective client families
• Provide coaching and leadership development to clinical team members

Qualifications:
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BCBA, including in-center experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong competency in skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to oversee multiple cases
