Qualifications

• •MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
• •Previous experience with the SPMI population
• •Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey
• •Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• •Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
• •Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
• •Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
• •Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
• •Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
• •Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis
• •Tuesday & Thursday 12pm-8pm
• •Wednesday 8am-4pm
• •Sunday 9am-5pm
• •Monday & Wednesday 12pm-8am
