ProCare Therapy is currently hiring Behavior Technicians to work in Sacramento-area schools during the 20262027 school year. In this role, you'll help students develop the behavioral, social, and communication skills necessary to succeed both in the classroom and beyond.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
• MondayFriday
• 3035 hours per week
• Typical school-day hours between 7:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.
• Potential opportunities for additional hours through after-school programs
What You'll Be Doing
• Support students who benefit from behavioral and social-emotional interventions
• Help reinforce positive behaviors and appropriate coping strategies
• Assist students in achieving individualized goals
• Encourage communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Partner with teachers and educational teams to promote student success
• Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Behavioral Intervention
• Direct Support Services (DSP)
• Special Education
