Your Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Practice:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and other Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programming.
• Create and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy when necessary.
• Facilitate parent training sessions to enhance support for learners.

Supervision:
• Model and teach staff and learners in natural settings, promoting hands-on learning opportunities.
• Engage in meetings with parents, stakeholders, and teams to discuss treatment and progress.
• Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing support to retain skilled behavior technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental feedback to help staff grow in their roles.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis)
• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current Behavior Analyst Licensure in the State of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCaBA or as part of BCBA supervised training hours
• At least 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
