### What We're Looking For

We suggest 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or enrollment in a therapy curriculum program. Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision, is important to us.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload. We need someone with proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience—someone who is self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

  • As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you'll work under the direction of a licensed Board
  • Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions
  • Your role is to support clinicians while helping children and their families learn new skills and techniques through therapy that's most effective for autism
  • You'll develop strong professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients, communicating effectively and contributing to an environment where everyone thrives
  • You'll deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes
