liWorking with kids 18 months to elementary school age with autism and special needs in their homes or on a school case./li
liEducation requirements: Some College (At least 1 college course completed, dual enrollment with a college while in high school or trade school program completed)/li
liTransportation requirements:

liReliable transportation/li
liValid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred/li

liSchedule requirements: M-F 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM/li
liEarn starting pay at $20/hr and up with experience./li
liBecome eligible to earn RBT certification./li

liEligibility to work in the United States./li
liAvailability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings./li

liAre bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency./li
liStudied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field./li

liGaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting./li

pPhysical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run./p
