Responsibilities may include:
Providing behavior support services to adults with developmental disabilities and autism
Supporting skill-building, independence, safety, and quality-of-life goals
Collaborating with adults, families, direct support professionals, coordinators, and provider teams
Supporting implementation of behavior plans and proactive strategies
Completing documentation and communicating professionally with the support team
For BCBAs:
conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, training teams, monitoring data, and providing clinical oversight as appropriate
For RBTs:
implementing behavior support strategies under appropriate supervision and supporting adults in community-based settings
Preferred qualifications:

Interest in working with adults and DDA-funded services
