No prior experience required. We provide training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).
Job Responsibilities
• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
• Passionate about helping children.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Some college hours or a degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in childcare, education, or other child‑related fields (preferred).
Growth Opportunities
• Potential for advancement after just 6 months with an RBT certification.
• Opportunity to enter our Supervised Fieldwork program to become a LaBA, BCaBA, or BCBA after 6 months.
