pWe are currently hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide in-home services to children on the autism spectrum. The prime-time hours are Monday through Friday (and possible weekends) from 12pm (or 2pm) to 6pm./p

pJob Description:/p

liProvide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists/li
liDesign ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis/li
liDesign behavior intervention plans/li
liClinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis/li
liAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes/li
liWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised/li
liCommunication regularly with parents, caregivers and the team/li
liCoordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases/li
liOffer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family s daily routine/li
liProvide parent and staff training/li
/ul

pPosition Requirements:/p

ul
liBCBA certification through the BACB/li
liExperience working with children with autism and their families/li
liExcellent organizational skills and great attention to details/li
liCandidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential/li
