Position Summary ABSI is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in: Program design and implementation Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan development Report writing and documentation Goal development and data analysis Parent training and support Staff supervision and leadership Open availability is required to meet the needs of our clients and families. Qualifications Required Education & Certification:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification (BACB) Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Additional Requirements:
