Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience in a school setting or working with children/adolescents with special needs Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to maintain thorough documentation and data collection Positive attitude and dedication to making a difference in students' lives Core Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized behavioral interventions as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record accurate behavioral data for student progress monitoring Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress with staff and families Support teachers and classroom staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions Foster a supportive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
