Job Description
Role, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Behavior Technician (RBT) in Vineland, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis strategies tailored to meet individual goals.
Qualified candidates must have an Associate’s degree in human services or related field and experience working with children with disabilities. Strong support and development opportunities are provided.
