What You’ll Do
• Provide speech and language therapy services to residents in a post-acute setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Support patients in regaining communication and swallowing abilities
• Document progress and maintain compliance with facility and state guidelines

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed SLP in the state of California
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
