What You’ll Do
• Assist in the supervision of 6–7 behavior analysts under the Clinical Director.
• Oversee skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs developed by BCBAs.
• Assist with parent training and completion of assessments.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, staff performance assessment, functional analysis, etc.).
• Maintain a reduced caseload of 4–5 clients.
• Review, analyze, and provide support and feedback to behavior analysts regarding treatment plans before final submission to Clinical Director.
Requirements
• BCBA certification.
• 4+ years of experience in the field supervising others.
• Experience training staff.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
