Responsibilities
• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions throughout the workweek

• Perform intake assessments and establish treatment priorities
• Create goal-focused treatment plans and review progress regularly
• Keep accurate and organized documentation in line with compliance standards
Requirements
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active LMFT license in Utah
• Experience providing therapy to couples and families
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
