• Support students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEPs as applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years of age required
• Current TB test and clearances or willingness to obtain before starting
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Preferred: experience in special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Desired: experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and team-focused attitude
