Requirements

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification through the BACB (in good standing).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Familiarity with home-based service delivery.

About the Role:

We are currently hiring passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), helping to implement customized treatment plans that promote skill development and behavior reduction.
