Job Description

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our clinician owned team of dedicated professionals. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician at ABT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey. Our team is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and studies, ensuring we provide the best and most effective treatment available for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum in home and school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Service Locations:
• Toms River, NJ
• Lakehurst, NJ
• Brick Township, NJ
• Freehold Township, NJ

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, after 3:00pm

Qualifications
