Qualifications
- •Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- •BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
- •American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted
- •High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- •Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable

Responsibilities
- •Manage the patient journey by greeting patients, taking vitals, collecting medical history, and proactively assisting providers during examinations and procedures
- •Provide clear, supportive follow-up by updating patients on test results and discussing health-related questions as directed by the provider
- •Maintain a safe and pristine environment by cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
- •Drive efficiency by managing critical administrative workflows, including charting, addressing patient questions, and processing referrals and prior authorizations
