We are looking for an organized, energetic intern who is seeking full-time employment assisting our BCBAs. You must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be working directly with our client’s parents.
Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 8 clients. You will be trained to do everything that the BCBA does and supervised by them when you work. Attention to detail is important in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.

Once you graduate, there is a lot of opportunities for you to move up as a BCBA at newly opening locations. Job Description:
Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm
Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm (if desired to earn extra money)
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
Create Individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Qualifications/Requirements:
Enrolled in a school program for Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
No criminal background
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
Expectations:
Provide high-quality care to our clients
Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
Maintains client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
