Job Description
ren with autism to thrive — one session at a time.
Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.
Why Work with Advanceable ABA?
• Supportive, friendly team that genuinely cares
• Real mentorship and supervision from experienced BCBAs
• Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
• Work that matters — help children build communication, play, and life skills
• Growth opportunities as you develop your ABA career
What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (RBT): As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.
You will:
• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
What We’re Looking For
• Active RBT certification - already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Schedule & Hours
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
Pay & Perks
• Hourly Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience and credentials)
• Paid Training
• Flexible scheduling
• Paid time off (PTO)
• License/certification support
• Employee referral bonuses
• Ongoing supervision and clinical growth
