Responsibilities

  • You'll shape how trials come to life locally: countries selected, sites activated, patients enrolled, milestones met
  • Your judgment will directly influence how fast and how well programs progress toward meaningful readouts and regulatory moments.If you've felt boxed in at a large pharma or CRO - managing fragments of studies without true ownership - this role changes that
  • You'll be trusted to run the region, partner closely with global clinical leadership, and build the operational foundation that will support years of growth
  • What You'll Be DoingLead APAC execution for global clinical trials, translating strategy into real enrollment, clean data, and on‑time milestones
  • Drive region‑specific plans from site activation through key inflection points such as FPI, interim analyses, and database lock
  • Act as the primary operational voice for APAC, influencing global decisions on timelines, risk, and resource allocation
  • Build trusted relationships with investigators, partners, and vendors to ensure patients are enrolled efficiently and ethically
  • Anticipate and resolve regional challenges early, keeping programs moving without surprises
  • Help shape what APAC clinical operations becomes as the portfolio and footprint expand
  • What You'll BringExperience leading or substantially supporting clinical trials in APAC, ideally as a CTM or regional operations lead
  • Exposure to end‑to‑end trial delivery, including site start‑up, enrollment, and close‑out activities
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and making decisions that balance speed, quality, and patient safety
