Job Description

East Coast Habilitation Options, Inc. (“ECHO”) a Residential Habilitation and Behavior Analysis services provider is seeking to grow our team! We are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our group home organization in Palm Coast, FL. We are seeking experienced leaders who enjoy making a positive impact where they work and in the lives of the clients they serve. Our ideal candidate will have:

· A Master's degree or Bachelor's Degree required

· Experience in the field of behavior analysis working with clients with intellectual disabilities, autism and/or other developmental disabilities

· Experience developing and implementing behavior plans for, and analyzing and graphing data for, behavioral clients in a residential setting (Intensive Behavior clients preferred)

· Experience conducting new client assessments and initial treatment planning

· Effective communication skills – to communicate clearly with team members, medical professionals, community partners, those we serve, and their families

· The ability to author clear, detailed reports using clinically professional language with proper grammar, structure, and syntax

· The ability to consistently meet deadlines and submit time sensitive materials

· Experience in training and developing staff, as well as interacting with families of clients

· Acceptable local, state and national (FBI) Level II background clearance
