Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in medical or biological sciences; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of relevant experience in clinical project management, particularly in Oncology
Experience with regulatory submissions and program management
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects
Preferred experience in cell therapy study management and project management certification
