Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and behavioral evaluations to identify individualized treatment goals and strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that are grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, school and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists and teachers to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Provide client care and support that prioritizes client safety, dignity, and well-being.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and ABA, participating in ongoing professional development and training.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, special education, or apied behavior analysis.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Proven experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral health needs.
• Strong background in behavioral health and ABA principles.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to utilize data to inform treatment decisions.
• Experience with documentation and HIPAA regulations.
