Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress for clients. Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments, to identify behavioral needs and treatment goals.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and promote consistency across environments.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate in intake processes, initial evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews to support comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with developments in behavioral health, autism spectrum disorder treatments, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality.
Requirements
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral therapy strategies.
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Experience working within special education settings or behavioral health programs is preferred.
