Job Description
Ro Health is looking for Behavioral Class assistants and Registered Behavioral technicians to work with mild/moderate/severe kids at in the Irvine area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1 with children that are special needs. This position would start ASAP and go for the rest of the 2026 school year with a possible extension into summer school and fall 2026. Apply today to see the impact you can make!
• Positions may start as per diem, then once a set case is available, you will transition into a Monday-Friday case.
• Area: Irvine, CA
• Start date: ASAP
• Specialty: Behavioral Health with Pediatrics/Special Education
• Schedule: 8:00am-2:00pm (Hours could slightly vary based on location)
• Behavioral Class Aids start at 25/hr based on experience and qualifications
• Registered Behavioral Technicians start at 28/hr based on experience and qualifications
Requirements:
• Previous school experience is not required but preferred.
• Applied Behavioral Analysis experience in home setting or school settings
• High school diploma
• 48 units completed in a AA/BA program
• Experience with Mild/moderate levels on the autism spectrum
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• CPR or NCI Certification
• CPR Card
• Strong ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with autism in school settings.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized care plans.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide compassionate patient care and support to children with developmental disabilities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
