Qualifications
- •Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor
- •Ability to work on an assembly line and operate basic equipment
- •Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
- •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs
- •Comfortable working in hot environments near ovens/furnaces

Responsibilities
- •Join our Line 1 Operating Team as a Line Operator, where you’ll rotate through multiple stations to support the safe and efficient production of blades
- •This hands-on role involves working along an assembly line, operating basic equipment, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- •1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- •2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- •3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- •Rotate through four production stations during each 8-hour shift
- •Load blades onto a conveyor feeding an oven/furnace
- •Safely remove heated parts using grabbers and place them into the press equipment
- •Transfer blades from the press to quench for cooling
- •Prepare and hang parts for painting to ensure even coating
- •Remove painted parts and prepare for inspection and shipment
- •Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- •Follow standardized work instructions and production rhythm
- •Maintain a clean, organized work area
- •Adhere strictly to safety procedures, especially around heat sources
- •Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- •Meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality
