Job Description
e worked with families in their homes. Now we're taking the next step, opening our first clinic in the Bronx, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building it from the ground up.
That means coming in before the structure is set and helping to create it. You'll launch a summer program serving children ages 3 to 9, establish how supervision and mentorship work on the ground, and develop the family relationships that will define what this clinic stands for. Over time, this role grows into leading a team of BCBAs. Clinical decisions here will be driven by what each child needs, and that takes a BCBA who is skilled, direct, and serious about building something that holds up. The opportunity scales with the work, and the people who help build this will have a real stake in what it becomes. If that's what you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Mentor and Inspire BCBAs as we grow
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
• 2+ years of experience as a BCBA with an interest in leadership
• Medicaid ID from New York State required.
Benefits
• Competitive Compensation (we are open to a discussion)
• Increased financial reward along with organizational growth
• Professional Development Stipends
• Career Advancement Opportunities
• TBD Scheduling - discussion in interview
