Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing goals.
Provide direct care to patients to improve communication skills.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best course of treatment for each patient.
Participate in continuing education programs to maintain and improve clinical skills.
Develop and maintain records of patient progress.
Maintain a valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
