Natural Behavioral Solutions is hiring a mid-level ABA Program Supervisor to support clinical services across our Pinole and in home locations in Contra Costa County.
This role is designed for candidates with strong ABA experience who are either pursuing their BCBA or looking to grow into a higher-level clinical role. This is not a BCBA-level position. NBS will provide you with the tools and individualized training to help you succeed. Mentorship/supervision hours toward your licensure are available.
You will work closely with clinical leadership to support staff, oversee client programs, and continue developing your clinical and supervisory skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs in both clinic and in-home settings
• Provide coaching and feedback during overlap sessions
• Assist in implementing and updating individualized treatment programs
• Review session data and support program adjustments
• Participate in caregiver meetings and provide parent education
• Maintain accurate documentation (notes, reports, graphs)
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams
We are looking for a PS to help support our Pinole or Martinez clinic in the afternoons in person and work Hybrid during the morning and afternoon hours.
Who This Role is For
• Experienced RBTs ready to step into a supervisory role
• Candidates currently pursuing or planning to pursue BCBA certification
• Individuals with a background in ABA, Special Education, or related fields
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience (RBT)
• Active RTB certification
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and implementation
• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
• Ability to work both in-person and remotely
Preferred Qualifications
• Enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA program
• Experience supporting or mentoring staff
• Background in Special Education or related field
• Spanish-speaking preferred
