The high ratio of RBTs to BCBAs, approximately 10 RBTs for every BCBA, suggests a significant direct-care workforce that relies heavily on a smaller pool of supervisory professionals. Sacramento leads the regional distribution with 99 providers, followed by Fresno with 64 providers, Modesto with 32 providers, Bakersfield with 26 providers, and Madera with 12 providers. No single multi-state organization dominated registrations in this update.
