Because BCBAs design treatment plans and supervise RBTs, limited BCBA representation could constrain how quickly Kentucky clinics expand ABA caseloads.

Among Kentucky’s 82 individuals, 61 female providers represented 74%, compared with 20 male providers at 24% and 1 nonbinary provider at 1%. The registry also counted 29 organizations, reflecting a provider landscape that includes both individual practitioners and agency-based service delivery. No organization was identified as appearing multiple times among the notable organizations, though Lifeskills, Inc. appears twice in the registry with slightly different name formatting.

With registrations spanning Louisville, Lexington, Prestonburg and other cities, the update suggests Kentucky’s behavioral health workforce is broadening geographically, while ABA access may depend on increasing the number of BCBA supervisors alongside its RBT pipeline.
