What Does a Behavior Technician Do?
• Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress.
• Family Collaboration: Provide coaching and feedback to parents, fostering a supportive environment for the client.
• Data Collection: Use advanced methods to collect data on client progress, ensuring the effectiveness of treatment plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Passionate Individuals: Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
• Flexible and Reliable: Available to work Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM – 5 PM.
• Certified and Ready: Must have a Driver’s License; RBT certification preferred but not required.

Must have a Bachelors Degree completed
Driver's License, Vehicle, and Car Insurance
Bilingual (Preferred, but not required)
