Responsibilities
- •Contract length: 13 weeks
- •Shift length: 12 hour shifts

- •Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates
- •Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated
- •Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels
