•Assist in planning and coordinating financial literacy and other community development outreach activities and initiative
•Assist in creation, development, or enhancement of content for newsletters, websites, libraries, social media platforms, initiatives, and other communication along with distribution through multiple internal and external sources
•Assist in collecting and building community development activity packages as well as tracking and reporting community development services, donations, loans, and investments
•Assist in management of shared CRA, Donations and Financial Literacy Mailboxes
•Assists with research related to financial literacy initiatives
•Attends community outreach engagements and other functions with community-based organization partners
•Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
