- •This role focuses on helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally through structured support and guidance
- •Provide one on one or small group behavior support
- •Follow behavior intervention plans under supervision
- •Assist teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment
- •Support students with communication, social skills, and classroom routines
- •Track simple data on student progress
