Job Description

plementing and overseeing applied behavior analytic programs that support our mission of delivering high-quality care in the least restrictive environment. The position is located in the United States.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Train and supervise staff on behavior analytic techniques and best practices.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct support to clients as needed in various settings.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.
• Engage families in the treatment process to promote generalization of skills.
• Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral assessment tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
• Familiarity with special education regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Different BCBA openings -- 4 openings in total
• Residential BCBA// Clinical cord. -Pay ranges from 95k-125k per year depending on experience and education.
• We have an Adult BCBA opening, prefer PBS experience and Adult experience pay is from 90-110k. Open to training for BCBA that is interested in Adult Services.
• Our BCBA Consultant position for early childhood is from 76-91k per year. Several openings in different departments. LABA can be done after but contingent upon the offer- 90 day to obtain LABA.
• EI BCBA- part time Day time hours, flexible
