• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Promote preventive health and patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and support staff

• Participate in team-based care and quality improvement initiatives
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care
