Job Description

• Collecting and recording data on student progress.
• Supporting individualized learning objectives for students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to create a positive educational environment.
• Assisting in the development of social, communication, and self-help skills for students.
Qualifications and desired experience:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Experience working within an elementary or secondary school environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students across different grade levels (K-12).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school personnel.
• Commitment to following ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with behavior data collection and implementation of behavior plans.
Location:
