der (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral conditions. The BCBA will collaborate with families, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions that improve quality of life and independence. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide direct therapy and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists. Monitor and analyze data to track patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Train and support parents, caregivers, and staff in ABA strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (speech, occupational therapy, school staff, etc.). Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements. Stay current with best practices, research, and professional standards in ABA therapy. Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Certification:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience:
1-3 years of experience in ABA therapy; supervisory experience preferred. Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Work Environment:
Clinical, school, home, or community-based settings.
