Cornerstone is excited to announce an opportunity for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and those new to the field of behavior therapy to join our team at our new center in NW OKC. As an RBT with Cornerstone, you will play a crucial role in implementing engaging therapy programs during one-on-one client sessions.

At Cornerstone, we are committed to providing our employees with paid training, ongoing support from our therapy team, and direct supervision from our onsite Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with children with autism and are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field.

Many of our RBTs have advanced their careers by pursuing higher education and transitioning into roles in education, applied behavior analysis, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Preferred: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification; or willingness to undergo and successfully complete RBT training and examination within 45 days of the start date
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of assuming and maintaining various postures (including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing) for extended periods.
• Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay Range: $17 - $22 per hour
