About the Role We are seeking dedicated and caring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for students or professionals looking to gain experience in the behavioral health field. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinical settings and occasionally in client homes. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress. Communicate and collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in care. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings. Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by RBT guidelines and company policies. Qualifications Required :
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Certification :
RBT certification, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe. Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed. Must be able to work independently under BCBA supervision.
