Our therapists receive extensive hands-on training, and close supervision, and attend monthly workshops all within our clinic. Each child’s therapy plan utilizes highly structured, evidence-based treatment geared toward each child’s specific needs. We use the principles of behavior analysis to help children improve social, play, language, and adaptive skills, while helping to reduce challenging behaviors that may interfere with everyday functioning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with autistic kids and learn all about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working at Within Reach is also an excellent experience for those pursuing advanced education in medicine, psychology, behavior analysis, speech-language pathology, education, social work and so much more.
• *Requirements:**

- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Pass a background check.
- Maintain a positive attitude while teaching children life skills that can get messy.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
