Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs. Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors Collecting data and maintaining accurate records Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records Perks and Benefits: $300 Sign-On Bonus for active state RBT licensure PTO (and/or Sick time- in compliance with state req) for all employees – Start accruing on DAY 1 Health/Dental/Vision - available to full-time employees (30+hrs) Annual celebrations and team events 401(k) with matching Flexible schedule options Professional development assistance Tuition discount for several online universities Mileage reimbursement Paid RBT Training Program (select regions) Student Analyst Program Referral program Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education: Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Pass a National Criminal Background check RBT Certification (preferred) Completion of RBT certification process within 30 days of employment Reliable transportation Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required. Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings. Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) (Preferred) Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) (Preferred) Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred) Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred) Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)
