Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Reports to Director of Educational Programs

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM This is a 205-day position, consisting of 185 school days, 15 Extended School Year (ESY) days, and 5 additional days for program development and collaboration with Director of Educational Programs and Program Manager.

Good Will-Hinckley (GWH) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team and lead behavioral programming within our K-5 program serving students with autism spectrum disorder and other social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Model GWH values:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related evaluations
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design data collection systems and analyze outcomes to guide decision-making
• Ensure fidelity of behavioral interventions across classrooms
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with BCBA standards
• Support compliance with program and billing requirements
• Train and coach staff in behavior strategies and best practices
• Provide real-time modeling and feedback in classroom settings
• Support and advance GWH’s Behavioral Health Workforce Pathway
• Mentor and develop entry-level staff pursuing careers in behavioral health
• Provide and/or oversee supervision hours for staff pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Collaborate with educators, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in student planning and educational programming
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed school culture
• Maintain a safe environment for students and staff
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral, Special Education, Human Development or a related field
• Board Certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis required
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for Individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
• Valid Maine driver’s license
