What you'll do day-to-day:
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for all RBTs operating across South Florida ABA programs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop, maintain, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ensure all clinical services meet BACB ethical standards and payer documentation requirements
• Oversee clinical documentation, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorization renewals
• Collaborate with the ABA Operations Director on caseload management, scheduling, and staffing
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for South Florida families, referral sources, and payers
• Maintain full compliance with Florida Medicaid ABA billing requirements

What we're looking for:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — required
• 3+ years of clinical ABA experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or director-level role
• Strong knowledge of Florida Medicaid ABA policies and documentation standards
• Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for the South Florida market
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth startup environment
