sts (BCBAs) Collecting data on student progress and behavior to inform treatment modifications Assisting in conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior plans Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in intervention strategies Maintaining professional documentation and adhering to ethical guidelines of the RBT role Preferred Qualifications: Current RBT certification in good standing Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings Ability to implement behavior plans accurately and with fidelity Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork This role is situated in Casper, WY, offering the unique experience of contributing to a school community while gaining valuable clinical skills.
