Position Overview

The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides leadership and clinical oversight for our Charlotte center, ensuring high-quality ABA services and strong support for the clinical team.

This role combines clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight while maintaining a strong focus on ethical and effective ABA treatment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight for ABA programs and treatment planning
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
• Conduct case reviews and monitor client progress
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
• Support staff training and professional development
• Partner with families to ensure meaningful progress and collaboration
• Collaborate with the administrative team to support clinic operations, including providing input on caseload management
• Maintain a small clinical caseload of up to 10–15 billable hours per week, allowing significant time for leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight

Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• 3–5+ years of ABA clinical experience
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
