We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a teenager with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping the teenager reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.

Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a teenager with autism in the home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data and record session notes accurately
• Support the youth in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children and teenagers, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
• RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
• Must pass a background check

Schedule:
• Flexible hours weekdays after 3:00 PM and weekends anytime.

compensation rate $25 an hour.

Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
